What You’ll Do
- Treat patients across a wide range of conditions, including:
- Low back, knee, and shoulder pain
- Running-related injuries (foot, knee, hip)
- Post-surgical rehab
- General orthopedics (ages 12–100)
- Provide outstanding, individualized care—getting patients truly well, not just better
- Help market your skills to physicians and the community to build strong referral relationships
- Participate in Lunch & Learns, workshops, and events to grow your caseload
- Create engaging content that highlights your PT expertise online and, in the community,
- Take on a leadership mindset—mentoring staff, collaborating with teammates, and contributing to clinic culture
- Pursue ongoing learning to become a modern, forward-thinking therapist who inspires patients to go beyond function and achieve fitness and wellness goals
