Paired with my physical therapy program, dry needling was the final piece of the puzzle to my recovery. After a back injury at work, dry needling was like a total reset. It allowed me to get back to 100%!
Reduce pain during the swing

Golf is one of the most enjoyable lifelong sports, but the repetitive nature of the golf swing places unique demands on the body. Many golfers experience pain in the back, shoulders, hips, or elbows that can limit performance and enjoyment of the game.
At Seattle Rehab Specialists, we help golfers recover from injury, reduce pain, and move better on the course through specialized golf physical therapy and movement analysis.
Serving golfers in Seattle, Green Lake, North Seattle, Wedgwood, Madison Park, Interbay, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Golf physical therapy focuses on improving how your body moves during the golf swing. Pain during golf is often a sign that certain areas of the body are not moving efficiently.
Limited hip or thoracic mobility often forces the lower back to rotate excessively.
Repetitive gripping and swinging can irritate the tendons on the inside of the elbow.
Weakness or restricted mobility can lead to irritation during the swing.
Evaluation may include mobility screening, hip rotation assessment, thoracic mobility testing, and core stability testing.
