About:

West-coast born and Midwest raised, I strive to bring together the best of both regions in my approach to care. After graduating from PT school during the pandemic, I moved to the Pacific Northwest in the fall of 2021. I spent the first few years working in the North Seattle community, where I created lasting relationships with the people around Green Lake. During PT school, I also used the extra time to earn my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the NSCA. Thanks to the pandemic for that silver lining!

What Conditions/Injuries Are You Passionate About Treating?

I’m passionate about treating running and outdoor recreation injuries, especially those related to skiing, snowboarding, climbing, and field sports. As a competitive ultimate frisbee player, currently with Seattle Tempest and Seattle Underground, I especially love helping fellow athletes in my community reach their full potential. I chose Seattle Rehab Specialists because its core values of service and teamwork align with my dedication to providing the highest level of care through a collaborative approach.

In my free time, you’ll find me fully embracing PNW life—whether I’m skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, or playing random rec sports. When I’m not outdoors, I’m likely at a concert enjoying live music, or you might catch me around Green Lake with my wiggly-butt dog, Cedar, who loves to join me on walks and naps with his head on the pillow.

Well worth the time and energy! I felt relief(mentally) during our first eval meeting and trusted her knowledge with each visit. I appreciated her patience with me as an aging senior(- short term memory challenges) I would recommend her without hesitation.
